Below you will see the market statistics for all of the Denver Metro areas covered by the MLS. As you can see, this is a very positive report. Closed sales are up 19.6%, closed sales 'year to date' are up 9.7%, average days on market are down a significant 27.9%. 
 
Inventory is up, but only because of some lagging listings, as seen by the decrease in new listings (down by 2.1%). Absorption rate is down by 15.3% (the absorption rate is the ability of the market to absorb all of the houses for sale … (0 comments)
