foreclosure: Modifying your mortgage? Perhaps you should modify your expectations! - 07/14/11 09:01 PM

Modifying your mortgage? Perhaps you should modify your expectations!

If you live in the Bakersfield area, and you've defaulted on your mortgage... chances are that Brenda and I know about it! Don't let that scare you, we're here to help!
There is a theme amongst struggling homeowners, when approached regarding their mortgage situation. A knee-jerk response that people seem to be responding with. What seems to baffle me is that the homeowner will make this statement with full confidence that this is the solution to all of their … (1 comments)

I've had a foreclosure, when can I buy?

The market has changed and there are banks out there that understand the economic housing situation. In this live blog I review an idea of the time periods pertaining to eligibility in purchasing a property after credit has been effected in a derogatory manner.

Bank Owned (REO, Lender Owned) Homes In Malibu.

Purchasing a bank owned property in Malibu provides you with a unique opportunity to purchase a home in one of the most prestigious locations in CA. at "liquidation" prices.

For example, rarely would you see a homeowner drop their price by over $1,000,000. Most homeowners do not have the ability (or the need) to be as objective about their listings as a bank.

Take a look at 33730 Pacific Coast Hwy. Malibu, CA. 90265. This REO has … (0 comments)

foreclosure: What's a Short Sale?! - 11/09/10 12:32 PM
What's a Short Sale?!
Even if you're new to the business, this would seem like a silly question. The majority of the currently real estate market consists primarily of short sales. What gets me (every single time) is when an agent who is active in this market, truly doesn't understand what a … (2 comments)
