Dublin extendeds along a stretch of Route 313 which connects the much larger towns of Doylestown and Quakertown. Almost the entire town can be viewed from 313 with only a few streets diverging from the main road. The town is surrounded by sparse housing developments and a series of dairy farms and nurseries, all of which are part of HIlltown Township and Bedminster Township. Dublin contains a small shopping center, a Department of Motor Vehicles Center, a pharmacy and 5 restaurants. Several rows of old houses line 313, some of which date back to the late 1700's. Perkasie is located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and is situated approximately 30 miles north of Philadelphia. On May 10, 1879, the Court of Common Pleas granted the Petition for Incorporation to the 68 residents of Perkasie. At that time, Perkasie covered 1,640 acres. Doylestown 2007 Kids' Triathlon The second annual Doylestown Kids' Triathlon was held on Sunday June 3, 2007. Over 160 young athletes participated in this year's race. The event is cosponsored by Doylestown Borough, Doylestown Township, Fanny Chapman Pool and Cycle Sports of Doylestown. Participants range from 7 to 15 years of age. There are 3 separate races with age appropriate distances for the swim, bike and run. The athletes swam between 50 and 100 yards in the pool. Then they transitioned onto their bikes where they rode between 1.5 and 4.5 miles in Chapman Park and the roads of Doylestown Township. This was (0 comments)

I pulled up to a listing appointment a few weeks ago, and the client met me in the driveway. He complimented me on my BMW. He said I must be a successful Realtor because I have a nice car. I had just signed up for Active Rain, and had just posted my profile page. That night, I got a call from someone who found me on the internet. Yes, right here on Active Rain. I was invited to participate in the "Realtor Sweepstakes". There were two other Realtors competeing for the listing besides myself. We hit it off, as the seller is a car buff, and (51 comments)
