I have a buyer that has decided to purchase a Short Sale. The Seller's lender is Countrywide Home Loans. It has been weeks already, and there is no information. Other agents in the area tell horror stories on how they have already been waiting 5 and 6 months with no progress report.
So my buyers found another home. This one is bank owned, and the owner is Countrywide Home Loans.
