I met for the second time today, with my first Growth Leader generated buyer. They brought additional family members, and we have placed an offer on a house!
This afternoon, I am meeting with my second Growth Leader generated Buyer, also for the second time as well. We are looking at 11 homes, with a goal to settle by June 1 at the latest! They are motivated, and pre-approved. We are discussing how to purchase a home with these first time home buyers!

I have 56 leads now. Every day, I go to the Activity page, and send the recommended new listings to each lead. Just like magic, you can see, they come back to my web site, the next day. It works very well this way.
Internet leads are very impersonal. It is the nature of the business. People like the anonymity.

Leads, Leads, and more leads. They keep coming! It is very exciting! Almost everyday, My Blackberry alerts me that I have another sales lead from the Growth Leader Lead Generation on line program from Market Leader. I have had as many as 4 leads in the same day! The Growth Leader program from Market Leader is very exciting. Almost every day, I get an email notice on my Blackberry, telling me I have a new lead. When there is a phone number, I call them immediately. I am finding this is when they are still on my web site searching for homes. I have actually made concact with some that are very impressed that I knew so quickly and responded to their needs and requests for information.
I am finding though, that maybe around 1% of the leads have a phone number. Half of those are not real … (3 comments)

This week there were four days with no leads at all. I have my web site all set up now, and you can actually search for homes. I have taken the training on line with Shannon.
The paperwork has been sent to the Trend MLS, and as soon as they approve, I will be off and running.
