I am still waiting for that Million Dollar listing.  I know it is out there.  I do alot of floor time and this time of year, those floor calls are few and far between.  Many of the floor calls that do happen during this Holiday Season are those that are just looking for a price.  Some callers will not even give me their name or phone number.  They have simply driven by a property, and are asking the price.  There are others of course that are shopping on the internet, and are asking for an address.  They too, often times do not … (18 comments)
