In our profession, it seems as if we are constantly working or doing favors for our buyers and sellers.  Some of our clients are very gracious and some do not even acknowledge what we have done or have been through to make the deal happen.  I wanted to share with you that a couple that I sold 2 lots to were very kind, curtious, and grateful for all of the hard work that we went through together.  The verbal thank you they gave me was enough to make me feel like I had done exactly what they expected me to do.  As my wife, son, and I were at home this weekend, a hand written thank you card was delivered by the husband.  He was very happy to stop by to deliver this card.  After reading the card, I realized how much I did for them.  I hope that every transaction I ever do will have the same impact on future clients.

I have been with Frontgate for a little over a month now.  I was greeted with open arms from every agent in the office that I have met so far.  They were happy to have me join them which made my transition so much easier.  I feel that the education, advice, and tips of the trade have been very helpful so far.  I think that every agent wants to see the other agents in FrontGate suceed so they are willing to help out however they can.  I'm not sure if any of the other offices in the area share the same values as FrontGate.  If they do, that is great, but if they don't, watch out!  We are "go-getters" and love the opportunity to meet with both buyers and sellers.  One of the great things about Frontgate is that we have an agent that specializes in just about every area, so there is little that we can't handle.  All in all, FrontGate is a great company to work at and enjoy every minute of it.

Well, I thought I might as well "blog" about what a wonderful job you did for my very first blog ever. I'm on my way to being a Millionaire Real Estate Agent now that I'm blogging.  You showed us everything we needed to know to get started.  I think you even spurred a little competition in John Cox when you showed him where he ranked compared to you.  By the way,  Is your ranking still above his, or did he work on that after class?  Thanks a bunch.
