"After four years of plunging home prices, the most attractive asset class in America is housing," proclaims Fortune magazine, one of the world's premier business publications, in its April cover story.

With Apple releasing its newest product, the iPad, tomorrow, April 3, 2010, we can reasonably expect that the real estate industry will jump on the opportunity to provide real-estate apps for the gadget. Just this morning, Zillow.com released its own unique application for the iPad, which will basically be a photo-driven home shopping experience built specifically for the iPad's interactive and multi-touch screen. This app, which will likley be followed by other similar apps, will now make it even easier for home buyers or home sellers to get the information they are looking for.
