Beazer Homes has announced that they have purchased 93 Lots in Craig Ranch and plan on building Mid $250's to Low $300's Product. This could be one of the biggest sign of a turn in the Real Estate Market here in North Texas. Since 2008, Craig Ranch has been a community that held it's price and when things turned ugly in the markets, builders in Craig Ranch couldn't make it work. Practically every custom builder had to pull out because of the supply and demand at the time.

Beazer Homes, one of the well known new home builders here in North Dallas Texas, has announced that they have acquired 93 lots at the Settlement in Craig Ranch.
This move by Beazer, along with two other Nationally Recognized Builders have seen the opportunity to acquire lots in Craig Ranch despite the downturn in the economy. Most people in North Dallas and Collin County have been sitting back and wondering what is going to happen with Craig Ranch due to custom builders leaving homes halfway constructed and the majority pulling out in the last year or so, well here is your answer.
