One of the reasons that home seller's choose to work with me is because they can cancel their contract at anytime! My philosophy is that you hired me, so you should be able to fire me. On the listing agreement I fill in a standard contract expiration date, but then I also offer the Easy Exit Home Listing Agreement that states the clients have the opportunity to cancel their contract at any time.
