Closing Costs After looking over a closing statement the other day I realized that closing costs of a home purchase can include just about anything. Sometimes your lender will add junk fees. Before signing your paper work, compare your actual closing cost with the good faith estimate. Your lender is required to porvide you with this after your original application. You want to be sure the costs match. What can I expect to pay for staging Homes for sale and is it really worth the cost. Should the realtor pay for staging "ME" or can I expect the seller to pick up the home staging tab.Can staging really help sell a home or would the money be better spent on advertising? Newspapper, homebook or maybe a brokers open. Even a brokers open would probubly cost less and would certainly get agents thru the Home.
