sierra vista real estate: What do you believe in? Back to Basics Real Estate. - 11/22/11 08:37 PM
My success in Real Estate depends on relationships. My client relationships can only prosper and grow if I continually improve myself, and the work I do. I recognize however, that success is not measured by sales; commissions, and numbers alone. I measure success by the way in which I achieve my goals. I believe that a commitment to uncompromising values and integrity should always guide my decisions and actions as I pursue my goals. The following are the core values that form the foundation of my measurement of success: I believe in providing legendary service. My goal is

sierra vista real estate: Report says Sierra Vista housing affordable - 08/14/08 11:03 PM
Sierra Vista, Arizona homes may be affordable but they still need improvements, especially in the West End, said researchers. A housing assessment and strategic plan for Sierra Vista was presented by the University of Arizona’s Drachman Institute at a City Council work session Tuesday. Our city’s affordability is better than average when stacked up against communities like Nogales and Lake Havasu, for which the Drachman Institute has completed similar assessments. Although median home prices in the city jumped from about $130,000 in 2003 to $220,000 in 2006, the average home price has held steady at $215,000 in 2007 and the first

sierra vista real estate: Why Sierra Vista Realty? - 08/03/08 10:56 AM
Why Sierra Vista Realty? If you are moving to the Sierra Vista area from another area of the country you may not have heard of the company I work for Sierra Vista Realty. Most of the time prospective clients have heard of Remax, Century 21, and ERA, but not Sierra Vista Realty. My clients come from all over the US and ask me, "Why did you choose to work for Sierra Vista Realty?" I say, "I wouldn't even think of working for any other real estate company in Sierra Vista and I think you'll see why once we view a

sierra vista real estate: 60,000 point tune-up - Instead of changing sparks and plugs, I realized that I needed to change my attitude - 06/27/08 10:33 AM
I am going to get a 60,000 point tune-up…. kinda like my car needs a 60,000 mile tune-up as I past the 60,000 point in ActiveRain. It seemed that only yesterday I was a fresh out of real estate school with my enthusiasm, new business cards, and my whole life and career ahead of me. Maintaining a positive attitude through tough economic times can be difficult. The last year has been particularly difficult and I am not sure that I could have survived without ActiveRain. Real estate is in the second year of a correction cycle, the economy is

sierra vista real estate: E-Pro Graduation!!!! Are designations important? - 06/25/08 10:33 AM
Are designations important? I just finished the e-Pro program and thought is was helpful and I learned some great things. I think education on a continuing basis is necessary for professional growth..... but do designations actually help you in the field? Do our clients know or care about designations? What are you doing to benefit from your designations? Can you have too many designations? I have seen some agents' business cards look like alphabet soup. How do you let customers know that you have achieved a level of knowledge, experience, or training that others may not have? Can they
