New to Active Rain

I am going to take the plunge and start utilizing Active Rain. Many of the agents in our offices have started to use Active Rain not only as a marketing tool, but as a place to pick up great ideas, share horror stories and vent. I look forward to "learning the system" and am happy to take any advice given. More to come once I get the hang of it.
