The more I read and learn the more I realize this blogging thing takes time. I have know for a while that you can use links for "A call to Action" but it wasn't until a month ago that someone really explained links to me.
If I use "Real Estate in Chesapeake VA" I can highlight it and link it. When I link it, you insert the URL of your website I.E. http://chesapeakenorfolk.com Then under description, you put in a common google search phrase I.E. "search for real estate in Chesapeake VA".

In an attempt to pry the rein's from my growing list of For Sale By Owners, I have cleverly drafted a letter of disguise!!!!
With this powerful yet suggestive letter, all 60 of the the FSBO's I'm courting will list there homes. I am not being devious, I am being courteous. I truly believe that I can net these people more than they will get themselves "if they sell period" I obviously will not net a penny on an overpriced property. Good morning Active Rainer's, today will be the third weekend my office is going to a neighborhood and door knocking. I know there are many of you out there doing this but we are hitting the neighborhood's in force. We havent picked up a zillion listings or buyers yet but were getting out there and working the streets.
A friend of mine sent me letter which I will post later, the jist of it was that our new President elect won the vote by knocking on doors. If he isin't above it we shouldn't be either, so get out there … (8 comments)

Just ran across this and was wondering if anyone was a member? I watched both video's 101, 102 and while long there was a lot of good information. The only problem is that I will never have the time nor the mental ability to accomplish what he is talking about. I have wanted to work on website optimization for along time but never really understood or had the time for it. Well if your a member and have any information or feedback I would appreciate it.
