The low asking price for a new listing (commercial/residential) caught my eye. And one might think that you could get an even better deal on the property as it is being sold under bank possession (power of sale). But there's extensive mould and water damage. Just looking at the exterior windows might remind you of a fish tank that hasn't been cleaned in ages. Other than obvious neglect and an absentee landlord, how did an income property (which last sold in 2003) lose over two-thirds of its value?
