It's amazing how much the mind is affected by the body and vice-versa. Although I don't consider myself an athlete, I workout every day. On those days that I miss a workout I'm sluggish and the sluggishness (is that a word?) permeates through my very being. Perhaps it's all in my head? No and Yes. No it's not in my head and yes it is. It's all connected in some way.
It's the same way with eating at McDonald's. I try my very best to eat well and provide my family with the good food their bodies need to function well. … (4 comments)
