In April, I talked about the fact that Buyers seemed to be very prevalent in the market place. They were no longer sitting on the fence and the deals they were getting were exceptional.

What can you get for half a million dollars in Maryland's northeastern, Harford County, Town of Bel Air? With so much going on around the country, real estate-wise, it's a great question to ask. Afterall, one wouldn't expect to get quite as much house in a bigger city vs. the laid-back town
