I really love being a listing agent.  I love the challenge of getting my clients house sold.  I love getting them to the closing table.  I love the nice letters I get afterwards, I just flat out love what I do.  Except for one thing....

In the past two days, I have either received a phone call or had a client walk into my office THRILLED with someone else's services and they felt it was necessary to tell me about it!  What the heck is happening?
It is quite simple...I took a leap of faith and found a team that will service my buyers needs like I expect them to serviced. How? With sincere respect.

I am not one to ususally write posts like this, but I figured now is the best time if I am going to do it.
Marey Hoeppner, a new AR member has been dealing with a lot of illness in her family and missing work.  Last night, her oldest son broke his leg while sledding and will be home for the next 4 to six weeks.  While many of us would love an excuse to work from home all the time, this is going to cause some hard times for Marey and her family.
