The glass is either half empty or half full and maybe as we struggle just knowing something is in the glass is optimistic. Not ingnorant but weather in RP has cooled off, at this point the D-backs are still in it, condos are being purchased on the beach for 85k ( two bedrooms), beach front rentals for 50 bucks a night ......something in the glass - opportunity!
