Rocky Point Mexico sales continue to increase and the bottom has not hit regardless of what some may say. It all goes back to perspective and what source of information you rely on be it media or your neighbor. Don't take it from me when I say buy now take it from the facts below and remember when everyone else starts buying it will be to late.

The question remains how low can we go for a beach front ocean view condo that is 3 1/2 hours driving distance from Phoenix Arizona. 2 bedroom condos on the beach in the Sonoran Sea that used to be ( 2006) 450k are now selling for under 200K.
