As Summer approaches the Beach Markets Heat up! - 05/30/07 01:20 PM

Folks the Beach is where it's at. Just closed escrow on another great beach condo. I have 1 currently listed. I can personally tell you that as summer approaches and the weather gets nicer this is where you want to be buying and selling Real Estate. The old saying Location,Location ,Location has never been more true than now. With very few buyers and mass listings on the market one must go where the buyers feel Safe. The Beach is always safe barring a Tsunami or natural disaster. Their not making more Beach Property unless you live in Hawaii. If you have the means now … (2 comments)
