hollister mo schools: Hollister High School Makes History - 09/11/08 05:47 PM

The Hollister Tigers made history Monday night, September 8th, when they hosted their first home football game. This is the first year for a football program at Hollister High School. Apparently, the fans were ready as an estimated 1,500 people packed into Tiger Stadium.

The game was preceded by a BBQ and the Tiger's 30-12 win over Pleasant Hope was celebrated with fireworks. Congratulations Tigers!

It's almost time for schools in the Tri-Lakes area to open up their doors for the start of another new year. People considering relocation to the Branson area, often ask me about the schools. We are fortunate to have very good schools throughout Taney and Stone counties.
There is a highly useful State of Missouri web site that lists extensive details on all the schools in the state. Click here to view this web site.
