Five Goals in Life, worth Millions

My advice to anyone who truly believes that life is not about the money, it is about reaching your full potential, should definitely live the following (the money will follow):

• Pay Attention: Every person you meet can teach you something. Every place you go, you can learn a lesson. Pay attention. Put everything you learn into play immediately.

• Reach for Perfection: Make sure you are not taking steps aimlessly. Every step you take needs to have a direction. My goal is perfection. Make sure you are constantly bettering yourself. I will never reach perfection, but if I keep that goal in mind, I will constantly become better at business and better at life.

• Keep a positive attitude: Every minute of everyday. This means that nothing, absolutely nothing, will turn you into a tail spin, Keep elevated. A positive attitude and a friendly attitude towards others will always be remembered. The people you meet, just may be a deciding factor in something you want to accomplish.

• Always help when you can: Never turn someone down from helping him or her better his or her self. Words are powerful, smiles are wonderful, and a truly needed helping hand is usually never forgotten.

• Respect everyone: If you show respect, chances are you will be respected. If you are showing respect and you are not receiving respect back, this is an excellent indicator of who to keep in your ring and who to never let in. Only let the people in who will respect you back.

Applied to everyday life will work wonders

Motivational Quote

"Perhaps the very best question that you can memorize
and repeat, over and over, is, 'what is the most
valuable use of my time right now?'"
— Brian Tracy: Author and speaker on personal and professional development

I Love this quote, because it is so true. Once one becomes in the habit of following what Brian Tracy had to say, he or she will continuously grow and become his or her best, every second he or she lives.

Power of Goals

SET YOUR GOALS

Goal setting is one of the single most powerful tools in life. It is full of excitement, smiles, frustration, accomplishments, and power. Once it is made a habit to accomplish the goals that are set, it is just that. It creates a doorway to making sure that all goals become accomplished. It is so exciting to work on a goal, because at the end of the goal, a new door opens. A new journey begins. One can never be bored if they are always on a mission to accomplish a goal. Goals are a driver, and the more goals that become accomplished, the faster and easier the next harder goal becomes.

A goal is like a roller-coaster... up --- up --- up --- harder ---- push, whooooooo down you go, up a little, then back down, the next one never usually as tough as the first. The funner it gets, and the more you want it.

Goals are the single most important factor in making sure business is done right.

Relationships worth Millions. . . Billions

The core to growing a successful business, is growing successful relationships. People bring people business.

As human beans we will extend the opportunity to someone we are familiar with, and someone we like, before extending an opportunity to a complete stranger. It is important for us to see the people around us grow with us. If you have developed and maintained the relations needed to arrive at the next steps, there will come a time when you will be able to take advantage of the relationships. If you are connected to one person who is on the right level, that person is also connected with his or her group of influence. If you have a relationship with someone and have always provided a positive impression of yourself, that one time or couple of times that you ask for the other persons hand in excelling your life or career, he or she will be more than willing to help.

To maintain a relationship is simple. It is not necessarily an everyday phone conversation, in fact someone will remember you just by keeping in touch via email every couple of months, and one to two calls every couple of months. How difficult is that? Most people, including CEOs of the highest companies, will not turn down your hello.

One person could be the difference between a $3000 month (one small real estate transaction) or $20,000 a month with an REO account. That relationship you have with James at the bank just came in handy!

Its fun, you have a select number of people you can call for a cup of coffee, and have an intelligent conversation. You can also learn someone from everyone you talk to. If you are continuously talking to people on good levels, you will be constantly learning and making new relationships.

By the time you are 40, valia! You have your sphere of influence that is so big, the opportunities and connection are rolling in. This is what can be referred to as a full life.

Achieve Success

There is a proven path to becoming successful.

Focus: Complete, undivided attention. The goal is always kept in mind. If you take life one step at a time (quickly), and focus on each step, you will accomplish. You will also continuously learn. Everything you focus on will teach you something. Its amazing how quickly the mind grows. Focusing also makes the mind stronger, which makes it easier and easier to be able to accomplish and accommodate larger, focused thoughts.

Excellent Quotes to remember:

" Getting ahead in a difficult profession requires avid faith in yourself. This is why some people with mediocre talent, but with great inner drive, Go much further than people with vastly superior talent"

"In business, I've discovered that my purpose is to do my best to my utmost ability every day. That's my standard. I learned early in my life that I had high standards."
Donald Trump

"There is something that is much more scarce, something rarer than ability. It is the ability to recognize ability."

"In the confrontation between the stream and the rock, the stream always wins, not through strength but by perseverance."

"It's how you deal with failure that determines how you achieve success."

"It's not the situation, but whether we react (negative) or respond (positive) to the situation that's important."

"Being the best takes only one thing; focus"

This could change your life * Brittany Reissman

It is extremely important to me to help the people around me succeed to their fullest potential. Does any one else understand how frustrating it is to hear: "I don't have time" or "I can't"?

I am a single mom, in my early twenties. I currently have 3 careers. I am a full-time realtor with Century 21 Beachside, the manager of Executive Real Estate Network, and a full-time leasing consultant with Equity Residential. The importance of time management in implemented into everything I do. Every step I take has a destination and a goal. Everywhere I go, I understand the importance of taking care of business, in a friendly, patient way; and moving on ASAP. It takes training. During the past two years, I have been taking these goal orientated steps. It took me almost a year to turn it into a habit. Now that it is my habit to ensure that everything I do is productive, I can not live any differently.

My advice to anyone who truly believes that life is not about the money, it is about reaching your full potential, should definitely live the following (the money will follow):

How to educate your client into placing an offer: REOs and Short-sales

Keeping your buyers informed of the steps to purchasing REO properties and short-sale properties, will actually lead a buyer to purchase. REO properties are a hot commodity. They come on the market at an excellent price, and tend to fly off within the week, pending sale. I've seen difficulty with some agents being able to convince their buyers to put an offer in on the spot. For example: the buyer goes out looking at properties, they find one they really like, and they decide to think on it for the next couple of days. Next thing you know, you are pulling up the listing to discuss placing an offer, and the property is pending sale. This means another round. Another round of looking, another round of trying to find that perfect house, more gas...

Its starts with educating your buyers on REO properties and Short sales, in the beginning. There is nothing worse than walking into a short-sale for the first time, and having to start explaining the short-sale process. This is extremely discouraging. If you educated your buyer on the short-sale process and explain the process, the buyer will know what he or she is walking into before he or she walks through the door. Having the knowledge is a mind-set. It means that buyer is thinking about the situation as he or she is looking at the property. They are considering the time the property may take, and the pros and cons of waiting. This also means their thinking.. offer.

The same is true for an REO property. If you are showing REO properties, it important that you inform the buyer before, what the process of an REO is. The buyer needs to be prepared to make an offer. If you (as the Realtor) are in the house, and the couple falls in love with the property, then you try explaining that they must hurry up and put in an offer, they are going to get discouraged. You will sound like you are desperate to make a sale and the buyers will feel you are shady. If you take the initiative to inform the buyer of the current situation and let him or her know he or she must be in the mind set to make an offer, they are thinking about making an immediate offer on that home they just feel in love with. If they are already informed there must be a strong offer, and that it is a sellers market, they are prepared to make the strongest offer possible.

As the Realtor, informing your clients is a win-win situation. You are doing right by your clients (always a must), and you are doing what it takes to get them into the home of their dreams, before they find it. You are also getting them thinking about offers, which takes away from having to talk them into it. In the end, after the sale has closed, the buyer will realize how diligent you were, and how they are in the home they fell in love with, because you helped them get there by allowing them to make an informed decision.

Victoria Gardens Real Estate: The Community - Model yourself

Model yourself. . . Victoria Gardens

Its amazing how much Victoria Gardens itself, has been such a beautiful part of our community. It is the place that we all call home. The Victoria Gardens mall itself is an amazing place. Absolutely beautiful, it makes me feel like I am walking in a real-life fairy tale. It is somewhere I am proud to take my family, and love to hang out, work on my laptop and grad a cup of coffee. Victoria Gardens has become more than a mall, it is the basis of our community. It is very obvious that we take pride in our community.

The REO's (bank owned properties) in our community, are very well taken care of. Even the banks realize the importance of keeping this a beautiful place to live. I am very active in Real Estate here in Rancho Cucamonga, and very knowledgeable about certain areas in Rancho Cucamonga. Its amazing how much pride is truly in the air in our area.

It is very important to realize that we all worked to get the privilege to live here.
Yesterday, I was at the Victoria Arbors park and I over heard a mother make a comment to her daughter not to play with a little boy. It was obvious that the little boys mother was struggling to able to afford. As I looked at this family, and the other mothers reaction, I thought about everything I have been through, to get to where I am, and everything I stand for, to get to where I want to be.

We should encourage everyone, we are the people that can help other people make their dreams become reality. People who truly want to better themselves, will listen.

I walked over to that mother of the little boy. As we were talking, I realized that she was a very hard working mom, and she needed some direction. We sat there for 20 minutes; we went onto my laptop and researched the direction she needed to go to become a correctional officer. Those 20 minutes we spent together, truly changed her outlook, gave her encouragement, knowledge and resources. In those 20 minutes, we signed her up for a class coming up at the local community college, got information on how to apply for child care through the county, and found out exactly what steps to take to become a correctional offer.

We are very lucky to live and work in such a beautiful place, but we all got here some how. The world is a much better place when we take the intuitive to help someone. The lesson our children will learn from the way we treat people, will surpass and make our next generation that much better.

Always give, Always. Giving knowledge and support is the best way to help anybody. If you can make positive impact, or make a difference in one persons life, for the better, or just put a smile on someones face, each day, thats a whole lot people you gave a positive impression of yourself to.
And you know, when she gets to where she is destined to be, do you think she will forget about me??
