Staging - Perception is their reality. Staging is such an important part of home selling. It creates a perception of higher value which brings a higher net to the seller and a quicker sale. Buyers enjoy being in a staged home and sellers appreciate a quicker sale.

Most home sellers make the mistake of believing that buyers can see past the flaws of their home. Unfortunately this is simply not true. Only a small percent of prospective buyers can visualize the potential in a home. Most buyers see more of the flaws than the seller does.
