Historically, December is a very slow month for real estate sales, especially single family homes. I have been very interested in seeing how December of 2009 shaped up. Regarding the number of single family homes that sold in Green County in December of 2009:
21 homes sold in December of 2009, The homes were on the market for an average of 141 days, The average sale price was $142,750, The median sale price was $140,000, The highest priced property sold was $250,000, The lowest priced property sold was $49,900. Volume-wise, this is a huge improvement from December of 2008:

Apline Curling Club offering Into classes - 01/06/10 02:58 PM
The Alpine Curling Club is offering an Introduction to Curling class. This six week course begins on February 6th and runs through March 13. The class will be every Saturday evening from 6 until 8 pm. The cost will be $50 per adult, and teens over 13 can participate for free if they are accompanied by a paid adult.
