Yes, I agree that a 12 month absorption rate is more indicative of the true market than just 6 months.  It has helped me land my last 3 big listings, just showing my knowledge and expertise of our current market.

I am wondering when you use absorption rates, do you use 6 months or 12 months?  And do you figure it for just the past month?  Appreciate any input.  Thanks

We are pleased to announce that "Woolaroc" has been name to the National Historical Registered sites.  It is a beautiful ranch, museum and resort for musical events, fundraisers, weddings, ceremonies, etc.  It is a "must see" if you come close to Bartlesvillve which is located in the NE corner of Oklahoma!

Keller Williams did it again!  We earned the 2nd place position for the Bartlesville Christmas Parade float entries.  We also participated 100% for contributions for the 2008 United Way Campaign drive!

Come this weekend and you can have your christmas photos taken free at our new Keller Williams office.  You can then attend the Bartlesvile Christmas Parade at 5:30.  Drive through Johnstone Park and view the extraordinary festival of christmas lights come to life.  Drive out to Woolaroc and enjoy their parade of Christmas decorations and lighting throughout and around the lodge.

Come to Bartlesville and visit many historic buildings, ranches, museums, and oil history.  Formerly headquarters for Citgo and Phillips Petroleum Company.  Even after the merger of Conoco and Phillips to ConocoPhillips in n2002, there is still a strong presence of ConocoPhillips  work force in Bartlesville, aloing with Siemens, Schlumberger, TRW, Sitel, Jane Phillips Hospital, and more coming.
