CAPITAL PACIFIC HOMES' HOPE GEYER EARNS PRESTIGIOUS
MEMBER OF INSTITUTE FOR RESIDENTIAL MARKETING DESIGNATION
BEAUMONT, Calif., December 27, 2006 - Capital Pacific Homes, one of the nation's most acclaimed home builders, is pleased to announce that Hope Geyer, community sales manager at the Brentina neighborhood, has earned the prestigious Member of the Institute for Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB).
To earn the MIRM, candidates must have three years of experience working in the homebuilding industry, pass courses, and complete a community case study that covers every step involved in building a neighborhood - from entitlement, land pricing and building design to sales turn times, pricing adjustments and marketing. Currently, only about 100 people in California hold the MIRM designation.
"As a dedicated real estate professional, I want to do all I can to continuously sharpen my skills for the benefit of my clients," said Geyer. "The process of earning the MIRM enabled me to further optimize my effectiveness at each point in the home building process."
In addition to her role with Capital Pacific Homes, Geyer is a licensed broker and realtor. She is also Education Chair for the Sales Marketing Council/Inland Empire [QUESTION: IS THIS THE NAME OF THE ORGANIZATION OR IS THE SALES MARKETING COUNCIL OF A LARGER ASSOCIATION - LIKE NAHB?] and hosts NAHB classes for other sales people.
