brett ellis: January SW Florida Real Estate RE/MAX Showing Index - 02/22/07 12:29 PM
The January 2007 RE/MAX Showing Index for SW Florida real estate has been released. Showings have doubled since December, which is not surprising considering January is traditionally a much higher showing time due to season in SW Florida, and because showings are picking up in general.
This week we had a property we three offers on it at same time, and it went for full price. This is not the first multiple offer situation this year for us, and yet it seems few and far between compared to a few years ago when everything had multiple offers on it.
