fort myers homes: March Ellis Team SW Florida Current Market Index Just Released - 03/25/08 10:57 AM

The March Current Market Index for SW Florida was just released and it shows buyers are back in the game, for a couple of reasons. The first is buyers have gottem the message since January that prices are good and aaffordable, and they've responded. Secondly, bank owned foreclosures are hitting the market as many of the short sales just didn't pan out, and buyers are getting some great deals on homes, up to 75% off from market highs.

fort myers homes: SW Florida Real Estate Numbers Released Today by Florida Association of Realtors - 03/23/07 01:08 PM

The Florida Association of Realtors released their monthly home sales report today. Single family homes in Lee County sales were down 38% and median prices were down 9%. Read entire Blog article at our Top Agent Blog.
Condo sales in Fort Myers and Cape Coral Florida were down 24% and the median sales price was down 31% from $356,600 last year to $247,600 this year.
