Yeah I know brokers have been successfully using videos on their blogs for years now.  I've been using it as well to help my out of state home buyers get a better feel for the area and homes they are moving to.  I even went so far as to set up a you tube channel just for the videos I shot.
But i've really dropped the ball on video blogging.  To me it's an excellent way to communicate your thoughts without writing 5 boring paragraphs that most readers will just skim anyways.
