One of the hardest things for me to do is goal setting.  Something about it always feels contrived or insincere.  I always agonize over what to write down and if there's a chance someone else might see it, I feel it has to be profound and insightful.
Well, I've decided to approach it the way I do most things, head on.  So in my determination to become better at expressing my goals and stating objectives, I decided I would do some research and write a blog about it.

lead generation: Are you a zhypocrit? The grossly inaccurate Zillow zestimates - 06/16/09 07:34 AM
A recent post abut Zillow from Gail Tassey about Zillow's zestimates got me thinking.  We all know they're horribly inaccurate.  I've lost count of the number of blog posts I've read with people bashing them. 
What I wonder is do we have the right to complain?  Are some of us being a little hypocritical?  How many of us are waving the flag about the big bad Zillow and turn right around and hand them money for leads or pay for featured spots?  Based on their revenue models it's more than a few.
