Currently approx. 2.7% of  residential homes for sale in Highlands Ranch are bank owned homes. Right now only 12 homes on the market are bank owned homes. (Only residential single family homes are included)
The available foreclosed home prices range from $189,900 to $449,000. Prices per square foot range from $118/sf to $$209/sf. Some of the homes have been on the market for awhile, but others get multiple offers often the same day the home comes on the market.
