agent to agent: What if Short Sales could fly? - Short Sale Solutions - 03/09/09 03:43 PM
What if short sales could fly?Wouldn't that be nice. After reading and commenting on Richard Weisser's post My Short Sale confusion solution...can anyone tell me why this wouldn't work I thought about this some more. What if Short Sales were handled like HUD home purchases? Would it work? What if? A seller requests a short sale (via online form - standard form, with ability to attach documents such as hardship letter etc.) The bank determines the approved sales price, using set parameters (could include a CMA from the listing agent, BPO, appraisal or 3 appraisals etc.), The agent markets the house with the

agent to agent: Need help with WordPress? - WPReality can help! - 02/04/09 12:45 AM
Excellent customer service does exist! And you can find it in unexpected places. This one is way overdo. Mad props to Sean with WPReality for helping me with setting up my new WordPress blog DenverRealEstateSoup.com. Last December I decided that it was time to venture out and start a separate blog in WordPress. I was attempting/struggling to set up the new blog and kept putting it off. I wanted to use Godaddy to host the blog since we already had Godaddy account + had some free hosting available. After hours and hours (felt like weeks) of wasted time and extreme frustration I

1st Week on Twitter - 10 Initial Observations Feeling dizzy - Lack of Sleep - Need Caffeine - Addicted! There has been a lot of buzz about Twitter recently and people are diving in left and right, yours truly included. However, I have to admit that figuring out Twitter has been the hardest thing to do. I read so many helpful posts on how to twitter, tweet, peeps, etc. - my head was spinning

agent to agent: Addicted to iphone Applications - Fun, Useful, and otherwise Part 1 - 11/07/08 10:33 PM
iPhone Applications - PART 1 - Real Estate Apps About a month ago we finally broke down and purchased iphones. The same day our contract with the previous carrier was up, we rushed into AT&T store to grab the new iphone 3G's. It took a little while to figure things out, but the learning curve was not steep. The hardest thing was probably trying to type words without hitting a wrong key on the small keypad. However there are ways to work around it + you get used to it. Note for those trying to figure out twitter - iphone was the break
