Denver Real Estate Market Report ~ Nov 09 $500,000 to $1,000,000 Denver Homes50 homes sold in Denver in November in the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Most homes were sold by individual owners and only two were bank owned i.e. foreclosed properties. 24% of the homes were new construction sold by builders.The average days on the market in Denver was 187 days and it ranged from 3 days to 575 days on the market. The average price per square foot was $355. The lowest sold price per square foot was $175 and the highest $444.The average Original List vs. Sold

Pending Home Sales in DenverResidential homes under contract -i.e. pending home sales in Denver as of Nov. 1st 2009.There are 1340 houses under contract in Denver. 3186 houses are on the market. A large group of pending sales are in the prices under $250,000. Below is the breakdown Under $70,000 all but four houses are either lender owned /HUD homes (45) or Short Sales (16). Between $70,000 and $100,000 out of 215 houses 77 are lender/HUD homes and 68 are listed as Short Sales. Most homes under $100,000 also indicated that they were sold AS-IS and were fixer uppers.
