Lately there has been a scurry of activity and frenzy with bank owned / foreclosure homes in Denver Real Estate Market. Everybody wants a deal - of course, we all do. Often the deals in the buyers minds are the foreclosures. (I am using the word ~ foreclosures - bank owned homes interchangeably here) Sometimes foreclosures can be great deals, and other times - not so much. Foreclosures and Bank owned homes are harder to find in Highlands Ranch than in some other areas of Denver. Currently approx. 2.7% of residential homes for sale in Highlands Ranch are bank owned homes. Right now only 12 homes on the market are bank owned homes. (Only residential single family homes are included) The available foreclosed home prices range from $189,900 to $449,000. Prices per square foot range from $118/sf to $$209/sf.
