One house sold in The Highwoods in Highlands Ranch in October. The house was a bank owned property and it sold in seven days for $200 per square foot. The house was originally on the market for over 450 days - before appearing on the market as a bank owned home. The Highwoods is one of the three gated communities in Highlands Ranch CO.

No homes sold in Highlands Ranch CO in The Highwoods in September. Total of three have sold this year. A bank owned home came on the market towards end of September and went under contract in 10 days. That is the only house currently under contract. The Highwoods is a smaller community and there number of homes sold per year is large.

The Highwoods Highlands Ranch CO Real Estate Market Report Jan 09 No homes sold in the Highwoods Luxury Homes community in Highlands Ranch in January and no homes are currently under contract. It is typical for the winter months to be slower in home sales.
The only luxury community that currently has pending sales in Highlands Ranch is BackCountry. Backcountry is the new gated development a short distance South of The Highwoods. However, in January there has been an increase in buyer activity throughout Highlands Ranch.
