Total number of Denver luxury homes sold year-to-date is 171 which is lower than a year ago - 195. There are 12 homes under contract (pending sales). Five of the twelve homes are located in Washington Park area. The average sold price was $1,658,269, the average % of list price was 87.2% and the average days on market (DOM) was 253.
