Pending Home Sales in DenverResidential homes under contract -i.e. pending home sales in Denver as of Nov. 1st 2009.There are 1340 houses under contract in Denver. 3186 houses are on the market. A large group of pending sales are in the prices under $250,000. Below is the breakdown
Under $70,000 all but four houses are either lender owned /HUD homes (45) or Short Sales (16). Between $70,000 and $100,000 out of 215 houses 77 are lender/HUD homes and 68 are listed as Short Sales.
