Weatherstone subdivision in Highlands Ranch consists of just under 300 residential homes that were built in the late 1990's to early 2000's. Nestled in the South-Western portion of Highlands Ranch Weatherstone enjoys beautiful mountain views. Most houses in Weatherstone were built by Sanford/Beazer. Two story houses are the majority, many have walk-out basements and back to open space. The lot sizes in general are larger than many other areas of Highlands Ranch. Weatherstone is a pool community. Highlands Ranch CO - Weatherstone Subdivision Weatherstone in Highlands Ranch Colorado is a community of just under 300 residential homes that were built in the late 1990's to early 2000's. The Weatherstone community is located in the southwestern part of Highlands Ranch, just West of Broadway Blvd and South of Wildcat Reserve Parkway.
The Weatherstone Community features a community pool, recreation area, playground and a brand new Elementary school Stone Mountain Elementary which is part of the Douglas County School District. The middle school for Weatherstone students is Ranch View and the High School is Thunder Ridge.
