Weatherstone Highlands Ranch Homes ~ Sales May 09 One house sold in Weatherstone in Highlands Ranch in May, and it sold quickly. In six days this bank owned home was sold for over the asking price. Is this surprising? Not really. This is happening more and more these days, especially with bank owned homes that are priced well, and frequently below the market value. Therefore they can sometimes look extreme due to the small sample size.I wish there was something else to say other than no homes sold in March or in February, but I can't. Days on Market = total days on market. Number of new listings was not tracked in 2007/08. Some of the numbers used in this market watch are for only one month of activity. Therefore they can sometimes look extreme due to the small sample size.
Weatherstone is a community in Highlands Ranch of approximately 300 residential homes. Most of the homes were built in the 1990s. Weatherstone has a community pool and a new elementary school (Douglas County school district).

No homes sold in Weatherstone Highlands Ranch in January 2009. January was a quieter month for home sales across Highlands Ranch and Douglas County. It is typical to see slower sales in the winter months.
Right now six homes are for sale in Weatherstone. The listing prices range from $529,000 and $1,199,000. The price per square foot ranges from $203 to $294. Two new listings came on the market in January. Three homes sold in Weatherstone within the last seven months. Below are the sold averages.
