St George real estate market activity has picked up to almost a feverish level. Last November a prediction was made that the St George realty appreciation would increase 8% from our 2011 summer to summer of 2012 market prices. According to numbers, it looks like this has happened. One example is drawn from new construction, wherein Salisbury construction projects, from January 2012, into the summer months here, have increased by an average of 8% in price appreciation. This has to be one of the higher appreciation rates for places throughout the United States. Now, the higher price ranges are still speculative … (0 comments)
