I recently read a good article by Brett Ellis called "Market Correction or Market Crash" offering a good way to look at what's going on in South Floridas' housing market.  Brett gives a great argument to why a sudden crash could be better for everyone rather than a slow, agonizing correction where everyone is just waiting for prices to hit a bottom that no one will even recognize until about a month or two after housing prices are on thier way back up again.  Good article for gaining some perspective at a time that can prove frustrating for Sellers, Buyers and Realtors.
