&lt;p&gt;I was born in East Tennessee.&amp;nbsp;Parrottsville Tn to be exact. &amp;nbsp;By the grace of GOD I have lived in East Tn all my life. As&amp;nbsp; a teenager&amp;nbsp; and early adult I thouht I wanted to move to a more action packed area.&amp;nbsp; Man&amp;nbsp;I was so very wrong.&amp;nbsp; Over the past 20 years my wife Stacie Webb-Keller and I have traveled to&amp;nbsp;48 states and over 25 countries. &lt;p&gt;Brian&amp;nbsp; Keller.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; My brother, Keith Keller, and&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;were born and raised in Parrottsville Tn. Together&amp;nbsp;we have either walked, hiked, camped&amp;nbsp;or rode bicycles or&amp;nbsp;dirt bikes on almost every piece of property whithin the Parrottsville tn&amp;nbsp;area. There is&amp;nbsp;no one in the Real Estate buisiness That knows the Parrottsville community better than Myself or My Brother.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We Not only know the area well, we know the people well.&amp;nbsp;We have been lucky enough to&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;grow up with some of &amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;most friendly people in the world ( cocke county natives).&amp;nbsp;Parrottsville Tn&amp;nbsp;has a very deep meaning to us.&amp;nbsp;We grew up riding our bicycles up and down the sidewalks of this Beautiful little town. Our Grandparents &amp;nbsp;home is on the main street (Hwy 321),&amp;nbsp;as well as our Parents and also Keiths home.&amp;nbsp;Our mother&amp;nbsp;Mary Keller is currently Parrottsviles&amp;#39;s first historian.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Parrorrsville Tn, is a small farming community located in Cocke County Tennessee, has the honor of being the third oldest town in Tennessee. The Current population inside the city limits is around 135 people. Parrottsville is surrounded by beautiful&amp;nbsp;rolling farmland in every direction.&amp;nbsp; Come visit Parrottsville. I was born in newport Tn.&amp;nbsp; My Real Estate company. ( Keller realty and Auction ) is located in Newport Tn. There seem to be an unlimited&amp;nbsp;amount of &amp;nbsp;people that are discovering the great quality of life that we have here. From our beautiful farm land in Parrottsville Tn to our mountains in Cosby Tn or Del-Rio Tn. We have Two major rivers that cross the county. The Pigeron River and the French Broad river. The French broad has been written about in many books. Cocke County is located at the base of the Smoky Mountains. Newport Tn is located 20 min from Gatlinburg Tn, 50 min from Knoxville Tn, and 25 min from Pigeon Forge Tn.&amp;nbsp; I-40&amp;nbsp;lies&amp;nbsp;in the center of the county.&amp;nbsp; We are a rural area with friendly people and affordable Housing.&amp;nbsp; If you are visiting East Tn dont forget to drive through Cocke County to see our beauty.    </content>

I have a friend that is also a Real Estate broker.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To save gas all summer he rides his motorcycle. Everyday all day.&amp;nbsp; He rides it when listing or showing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; He swears to me it does not hurt his buisness at all and that he advertises on&amp;nbsp; biker sites. He usally sets up an appointment and his customes who ride their bike to met him.&amp;nbsp; He says it creates&amp;nbsp; great bond with his buyers and they seldom use any other broker. He is located in a vacation and second home market.&amp;nbsp; I am not.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Does any one out there also use their bike in the Real estate buisness. I would like to hear youe experience.    </content>

I currently drive a&amp;nbsp; Ford Excursion V10 10-14 MPG.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am thinking of buying a newer auto for work.&amp;nbsp; I need some suggestions. My first choice is a new&amp;nbsp;or slightly used &amp;nbsp;Jeep wrangler 4-door.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Does anyone out there have one that they use in the real estate buisness.&amp;nbsp; If so how is the interior room, MPG and comfort. I usally drive between 650 - 1000 miles per week.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Also I need 4WD because of the area I work in. I am on construction sites very often.&amp;nbsp; Please give some of you suggestions and MPG with the&amp;nbsp;autos you drive or suggest.&amp;nbsp; Look forward to youe sugestions. I recently too a whole day a drove around a few local towns. I was amazed at how many FSBO&amp;#39;S there were. I made a list and called several. I did not try to list the property on purpose. I just wanted some information.&amp;nbsp;I ask, A few of the more helpful owners, why the were not using a Real Estate company.&amp;nbsp; I was supprised that most told me it was not&amp;nbsp;because of the &amp;nbsp;commision but that their property had been listed and that they had very little contact with the agent after the property was listed. Most told me that they would pay a commision if an agent brought them a buyer.&amp;nbsp; I never ask for their listings. I did not ant them to think I was just trying to get their listings.&amp;nbsp; What I was after was information for future FSBO that I do call to try and list their properties.    </content>

The more professional your working relationship is with other companies is the more likely chance that they will want to show, and help sell, yur property. Always be curtious and thankful that they took the time to show your property and did not overlook your listings because of a conflict&amp;nbsp;of personalities. You need you competitiors. You cant do everything yourself.&lt;/p&gt;    </content>

The current comeback of FHA loans may have a more possitive affect on the economy than the current tax refunds.&amp;nbsp; FHA loand seem have had a increase in our market.&amp;nbsp; I am a licensed broker as well as a certified residential appraiser in Tennessee.&amp;nbsp; I have seen a huge increase in FHA appraisal request within the past few months.&amp;nbsp; I have had other agents tell me FHA has been a lifesaver for many of their buyers.    </content>

&lt;p&gt;The current real estate buisness.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The current real estate buisness in slow overall nationwide.&amp;nbsp;However, not every market is down the way the press wants everything think. The desire&amp;nbsp;to own&amp;nbsp;ones home is a basic desire of the typial American. We live in the Greatest country in the world. We have the highest private ownership of any country in the world. The market will adjust itself. If one can not afford a 500k home they will simply step down to a price range that they can afford, which is a good thing. Americans should not be buying homes that put the family budget&amp;nbsp;under stress. &amp;nbsp; In my opinion the Real Estate market will come back around.&amp;nbsp; Dont worry, Be happy we are in the Greatest market in the world. Think positive.&lt;/p&gt;    </content>
