The current comeback of FHA loans may have a more possitive affect on the economy than the current tax refunds. FHA loand seem have had a increase in our market. I am a licensed broker as well as a certified residential appraiser in Tennessee. I have seen a huge increase in FHA appraisal request within the past few months.
