Northwest Allen County Indiana Market Report for April 2009 - 05/01/09 10:40 PM
  The following market report includes data from April 1st through April 30th 2009 for Eel River, Perry and Lake Townships in Northwest Allen County.  For those of you keeping track I have changed my statistical formatting from averaging to median to better reflect the true market in this area given that we have a 2 million dollar home on the market and I've only included data for the month beginning and end...whereas in the past I had done it through the date of the post for active listings...This makes for better comparables month to month and year over year.
