     Today Coldwell Banker Real Estate released their annual home price comparison index for the United States and select International markets and what an eye opener it is.
     Unlike a lot of the reports you see that compare median home prices for particular areas, this report takes a hypothetical 2,200 square foot, four bedroom, two and a half bath home and indexes it in 310 different U.S. markets. So you get an apples to apples comparison home in all of the markets.

 I'm sure we all remember where we were when 9/11 happened in 2001...but do you really remember where you were? It's Labor Day weekend so I don't want to go into a huge laundry list of things you should do this weekend.  Most importantly spend some time with the ones  you love the most and put aside the work and to-do lists and just enjoy the few last days of summer. Enjoy the lake or have a cookout.
