     In an effort to keep the big picture in mind, I've begun doing quarterly reports for Northwest Allen county in addition to my monthly reports. The criteria are the same for these quarterly reports as they are for the monthly reports that being they are statistics generated from single family/site built/non auction homes sold in Northwest Allen county according the local MLS.  Builders data and FSBO's not entered into the MLS are not included in this data.  All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
