home sellers: What's in YOUR closet - 08/06/11 07:39 PM

     Realtors get asked all kinds of questions in all kinds of ways, but the one I love getting the most from people is what in my opinion is the most important feature of a home when getting ready to put a house up for sale?
     My response is...in my best viking voice like the guys on those Capital One credit card commercials "What's in your closet?"
    Sellers often spruce up the curb appeal or make those little repairs,tear down wallpaper and paint in popular colors before listing their home for sale in order to attract potential buyers. All great ideas in … (44 comments)
