The current financial market is in a state of flux and is becoming more and more constrained. Lending is tightening up and it is becoming more and more tough for people to purchase a home. President Obama is signing into law today, February 17, 2009 the $787 Billion Stimulus Plan that the government will hope to turn this economy around. The white house has opened a website, http://www.recovery.gov, that will allow the people to track where the money will be sent.
