In September, 1989, my wife Laura and I moved to Vancouver from Ontario or dare I say it, to Eden.  Within 6 months I was licensed and selling real estate.  By 1991 real estate prices nearly doubled in the Vancouver area!. I was a newbie in the fast paced world of real estate.  I was there as computers, cell phones ( I had the brick) and the budding internet were poised to  transform an entire industry.
